Shivya Technologies is a founder-led company built on a track record of shipping production AI inside startups — agentic AI platforms deployed across banking, fintech, healthcare, and other regulated industries.
Across banking, fintech, healthcare, and compliance-heavy software, the same pattern kept showing up: teams could get an AI feature working in a demo, and then spend months stuck getting it into production — blocked by data constraints, integration surfaces, and infrastructure decisions nobody made early enough.
Shivya Technologies exists to be the team that stays for that part. We're not a strategy shop that hands off a slide deck, and we're not a model vendor that ships an API key and disappears. We design the architecture, deploy inside your infrastructure, and stay through scaling.
We say it directly because it's true: we're a new company with a focused team of 5, and hiring. We don't have client logos to show yet — client work stays anonymized while engagements are ongoing. Our platform MVP runs in production on AWS, and Swamarg is live for real travellers — the rest is honest work in progress.

A team, not a solo act
Shivya Technologies is a small working team — architects who've designed production systems before, engineers trained specifically on today's AI stack (from classical ML through current LLMs and SLMs), and people who chose early-stage work because they want to build, not maintain. That's who does the work day to day, not one person with a deck.
Depth across the AI stack
The team's expertise spans classical ML and data science through to the current generation of large and small language models (LLMs and SLMs) — including how those models represent meaning internally, in vector/latent space, not just how to prompt them.
Multi-cloud deployment
Production experience deploying and scaling across AWS, Azure, and GCP — so infrastructure decisions follow a client's existing commitments and compliance constraints, not a single vendor's ecosystem.
The name
Not an acronym: Shivya draws from the Sanskrit root Shiva, long associated with transformation and renewal. We read it as a name for AI that doesn't just automate what already exists, but changes how a business actually operates once it's deployed.
